Job summary

ResourceMFG in Tennessee is hiring Production Workers for 2nd and 3rd shifts at a client site in Tullahoma. This is a full-time position with potential temp-to-hire based on attendance and performance, featuring weekly pay and benefits.

Shifts include 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm, Mon-Fri) and 3rd shift (11:00pm-7:30am, Sun night-Thu night). Previous manufacturing experience preferred; basic computer skills and good communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience working in manufacturing setting for at least 3 months.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow operating instructions as outlined.
• Able to work in a non-climate controlled facility.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting products to ensure Styrofoam has no excess material.
• Packing: pull parts from conveyors and pack for shipments.
• Inspect parts for defects.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
