Job summary

Trilliant Food & Nutrition, based in Little Chute, WI, is seeking a Production Team Member to support a production line, assist in packaging and ingredient blending, and help ensure safe, high-quality output.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and involves standing up to 12 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and collaborating with a team in a fast-paced environment with a 2-2-3 schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Food processing or packaging experience preferred.
• Understanding of food safety, workplace safety, and food quality standards is strongly preferred.
• Self-directed and personally motivated.
• Able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50lbs.
• Able to stand for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Able to communicate and work well with others.
• Good attendance and performance track record.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; post-secondary education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep production area clean and orderly.
• Visually inspect product and packaging.
• Move material and supplies to and from production area.
• Ensure accurate counts.
• Add materials to manufacturing equipment.
• Sorting and performing rework.
• Follow food safety/quality/regulatory policies and procedures.
