Job summary

Trilliant Food & Nutrition, based in Little Chute, WI, is seeking a Production Team Member to support a production line, assist in packaging and ingredient blending, and help ensure safe, high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Food processing or packaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

The Production Team Member role entails assisting in supporting a production line, packaging, and/or ingredient blending equipment. The Production Team Member is responsible for assisting the Machine Operator and/or Assistant Machine Operator in ensuring efficient and safe machine operation, producing high quality product and finish product packaging, inspecting equipment and possibly performing preventative maintenance; completing paperwork and data entry; cross-training on other machine operation duties; and assisting in providing training or direction to other production line employees. The Production Team Member may also act as an Assistant Machine Operator from time to time.

Hours, Location and Pay:

We offer a competitive base pay rate and comprehensive benefits package for full‑time employees. This position is located at our Little Chute, WI manufacturing facility and works a 2-2-3 schedule 5:40am – 6:00pm.

Physical and Mental Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, use hands to type data, use a personal computer and telephone. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machines and lift and/move up to 50 pounds.
