PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER - Dough Making - 1:30 p.m. start
Job Description:
The position of production team member requires a professional, polished individual who consistently exhibits great communication skills, sound judgment, and a positive attitude in the workplace. Each team member should strive to gain a comprehensive understanding of the It’ll Be Pizza operating systems, with constant attention to detail being the cornerstone of this position within the production team. Key attributes of an individual in this position are willingness to learn, personal and professional potential for growth and development, and a keen interest in the industry.
A member of the production team’s primary responsibilities are:
- Work directly with the production supervisor
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Incorporate all quality control checkpoints to ensure efficiency, accuracy and cleanliness.
- Maintain a positive, cooperative, and productive relationship with all team members.
- Work within the production team to help refine and improve operating systems and effectively handle mechanical and operational difficulties as they occur.
Education / Experience:
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Mechanical aptitude and commercial bakery experience a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach constantly throughout entire shift
- Ability to push, pull 500lbs frequently
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently
- Ability to work in a hot or cold environment
- Ability to stand/sit/maneuver in confined area
- Stamina to work 40-hour week
- Understand and learn to operate each piece of equipment in the Production room.
- Identify ingredients and able to complete SQF forms in English

- Implement and maintain sanitation practices throughout shift
Typical production team member weekly Schedule
(subject to change per needs of the plant)
- Monday through Friday (8 hour) shift to be completed within the hours of 1:30pm - 10:00pm
- 40 Scheduled Hours
- Additional hours may include
- Staying later if volume dictates or special needs arise
- Emergency weekend work may be required
- Attending production team meetings and training programs
