BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & EQUIPMENT USED

• Frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling, twisting, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• Basic mathematical skills.

Job Summary:

The Process Team Member ensures heats are processed according to customer specifications, following process instructions, performing mold cleaning, setup, staging, and minor maintenance.

Environmental, Health & Safety Responsibilities:

• Implement and comply with EHS policies and regulations.
• Wear PPE, report injuries, safety concerns, and attend training.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow process instructions and process heats to specifications.
• Clean molds, set up mold tubes, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with equipment repairs.
• Operate manipulators to handle tubes weighing from 71 lbs. to over 300 lbs., with assistance as needed.

Job Specifications:

• Operate digital scales and measuring devices.
• Work as part of a self-directed team with minimal supervision.
