Imperial is seeking a Production Team Member to join the Production team to help us maintain the highest standards in our screen printing processes. This role requires a detail-oriented and motivated individual who will assist in various aspects of the screen printing process, including running the press, pulling printed shirts, and stacking the finished product.

The position is Temp to Hire with potential conversion after 90 days, located in Winona, MO.

• Screen Printing Operations: Assist in running the press, pulling printed shirts, and stacking the finished product.

• Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team to maintain efficiency and quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Additional Tasks: Assist with other tasks related to the screen-printing process, as needed.

Imperial is seeking a Production Team Member to join the Production team to help us maintain the highest standards in our screen printing processes. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions accurately, and ensure good quality.

• Pay:$15/hr + .50 differential
• Employment Type: Temp to Hire|May convert to regular employment after 90 days (based on performance/business need)
• Location: Winona, MO
• Peak Season Hours:
  • 2:30 PM - 12:30 AM, Monday - Thursday | 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, Friday (Second Shift)
• Standard Hours:
  • 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (1st Shift)
  • 2:15 PM - 12:15 AM (2nd Shift)
