The Weir Group is seeking a Refractory Technician for the Newton, MS facility. This onsite, 2nd shift role focuses on maintaining and repairing ladles and vessels, relining with multi‑component materials, and handling refractory materials with an overhead crane.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and emphasizes safety, quality, and active participation in lean initiatives. Training is provided, with physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a hot environment.
