Job summary

Universal Pure, LLC is seeking a Production Team Member in Malvern, PA to support packing, palletizing, labeling, sanitation, and line maintenance on a rotating shift.

You will work in a cold, wet environment on a fast-paced production floor, handling product through the line and collaborating with team members to meet daily targets. Prior refrigeration/warehouse experience is preferred and safety is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in refrigeration, warehouse, production or manufacturing.
• MHE/Forklift experience.
• Ability to perform basic mental math.
• Ability to communicate in English (speak, read, and write).
• Ability to balance productivity, quality, and safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to effectively work with others and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a cold/wet environment.
• Ability to lift 10-35 lbs repetitively and up to 45 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to push/pull up to 250 lbs on rollers occasionally.
• Ability to stand for 10-12 hour shifts.

The Production Team Member will follow the direction given by the line lead and shift supervisor. This position will rotate down the line throughout their shift.

Requirements

Working Conditions

• This role operates in a cold/wet refrigerated environment (around 34 degrees F) located within a manufacturing, warehousing, and production type facility. Must be able to withstand cold temperatures for 10-12 hours a day.
• This is largely a static role with standing, however, the ability to perform repetitive bending and standing up is also required.
