Job summary

QPS Employment Group is seeking a Production Team Member in Janesville, WI for a 1st shift. The role pays $16.50 per hour and requires following SPI and work instructions to ensure parts meet specifications, plus performing initial inspections and recording data in computer systems.

You will load/unload parts at presses and furnaces, apply rust prevention, and package items per specs, while maintaining a clean, safe work area. Immediate hiring.

Qualifications

• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Stand for 8–12 hours during shift.
• Comfortable in moderately hot conditions (75–100°F).

Responsibilities

• Follow SPI, work instructions, and operating procedures to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Perform initial inspection and verify weights/measurements.
• Record data into computer systems.
• Sort parts into required bins; load/unload at presses, furnaces, deburring units.
• Dip parts in rust prevention liquid and package per specs.
• Adhere to safety procedures and keep the workspace clean.
• Complete training as specified in the levels program.
