Responsibilities include:

1. Operating a machine that bags the ice and secures the top of the bag to ensure quality packaging.
2. Producing, packaging, and preparing ice for delivery.
3. Packaging ice, placing it on skids and pallets, and assisting in loading delivery trucks.
4. Operating a pallet jack (training provided).
5. Lifting up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.

Compensation: Pay based on experience and drive, with additional commission and bonuses for motivated employees. Multiple shifts available in summer.

Minimum requirements:

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Be a team player, willing to collaborate with peers.
• Pass pre-employment background check.
