Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Fuquay-Varina, NC is seeking a manufacturing associate to safely and efficiently produce precast concrete products. You will work on forms, molds, and related tasks in a plant setting.

We value safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and basic math skills are required, with overtime on some Saturdays and overtime. This role offers competitive pay and benefits in a structured production setting.

Qualifications

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.

• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.

The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of dutiesin an industrial manufacturing environment.This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producingprecast concrete products of the highest quality standards.We build precast concrete products year-round inside our plant at 1431 Products Rd. Fuquay-Varina, NC. Our employees typically work Monday through Friday with some Saturdays and overtime.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up concrete forms
• Strip and clean concrete forms and products
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete
• Perform basic carpentry skills
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

Job Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of concrete experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs. periodically throughout the day
