Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Fuquay-Varina, NC is seeking candidates for a non-exempt, hands-on production role in a busy precast concrete plant. You will work with a team to safely and efficiently produce high-quality precast products, with regular hours Monday–Friday and occasional Saturdays and overtime.

The position emphasizes setup and maintenance of concrete forms, mold preparation, carpentry tasks, and keeping work areas clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of concrete experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically.

Responsibilities

• Set up concrete forms.
• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards. We build precast concrete products year-round inside our plant at 1431 Products Rd. Fuquay-Varina, NC. Our employees typically work Monday through Friday with some Saturdays and overtime.

Job Responsibilities

• Facility maintenance and housekeeping
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

Job Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of concrete experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day
