SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

We are seeking a motivated production professional to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This role is responsible for the full production lifecycle, including raw material preparation, precision assembly, and high-quality shipping. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and thrives in a busy warehouse environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended shifts and perform repetitive tasks with precision.
  • Environmental Adaptability: Willingness to work in a warehouse setting, including areas with elevated temperatures.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and Saturdays as production needs require.
  • Autonomy: Ability to perform duties effectively with minimal supervision.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical requirements described here are representative of those an employee must meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

  • Mobility & Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for up to 12 hours per day. Must be capable of reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
  • Lifting & Handling: Regularly required to lift, position, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Vision: Must possess specific vision abilities, including close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus to inspect product quality.
  • Work Environment: The role is performed in a manufacturing plant environment with minimal climate control and potential for high noise levels.
