Shoals Technologies Group is seeking a Production Lead to coordinate and direct daily activities of hourly manufacturing associates at our Tennessee facility. You will set up lines, ensure parts meet specifications, and work with multiple departments to resolve production issues.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of lead experience, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with Excel and ERP systems. This on-site role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and reliable operations in a manufacturing

By using simple ideas, we are making solar energy a more affordable and clean power source for future generations.Duties:• Coordinates, facilitates, and directs the daily activities of hourly manufacturing Associates.• Set up the production line to the specification of the customer’s order and work closely with various departments to ensure that parts are manufactured according to customer’s specifications.• Makes sure that appropriate parts and quantity of parts are being run according to production schedule.• Communicates any safety, quality, and/or production related issues with Supervisor or appropriate management representative.• Coordinate housekeeping activities of area.• Provides necessary training to new associates and documents said training.• Identify, investigate, and resolve delays in the shift• Work with Supervisor and other leaders to identify and address inefficiencies• Other duties as assignedSkills/Abilities:• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
