Job summary

TPI Composites Holdings, LLC is seeking a Production Team Leader to drive a safe, productive manufacturing environment and support daily operations with hands-on coaching and guidance. You will lead associates, ensure standard work, and promote continuous improvement to meet quality, delivery, and safety goals.

You will develop team capabilities through training, onboarding, and mentoring, while collaborating with production leadership to sustain high performance and employee growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing/production experience required.
• Leadership/mentoring experience preferred.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Safety-focused with commitment to quality.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Promote and model a culture of safety and support company safety initiatives.
• Lead by example and reinforce company core values: Safety, Operational Excellence, Commitment, Integrity, Leadership.
• Serve as the technical and process expert within the assigned production area.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure standard work instructions and processes are followed.
• Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to production associates.
• Coordinate and support new hire onboarding activities.
• Conduct and document training activities for task qualification.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Assist with staffing coverage to meet production schedules.
• Perform audits, inspections, and quality checks.
• Communicate production issues and training needs to supervision.
• Foster teamwork and a positive environment to drive engagement.
