Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work as part of a team and respect coworkers.
• Ability to obtain forklift and pallet jack certification.
• Basic computer skills; experience in meat processing is desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine tasks involved in producing, assembling, inspecting, testing, or shipping a product.
• Load raw material into machinery and operate equipment; monitor product flow.
• Inspect product to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Maintain sanitation of machines and floors; ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
• Wrap, weigh, label, and document items per protocol.
• Operate palletizers, pallet jacks, and move pallets as required.
• Store finished product and conduct inventory and cycle counts.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear PPE.
• Participate in safety training and company policies.
