Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support production shift supervisor in daily activities.
• Coordinate daily machine assignments for operators with supervisors.
• Ensure accurate pass-down information between shifts.
• Train operators on machines and products; verify training effectiveness.
• Plan line setups for mold changes and ensure components, packaging, and docs are ready.
• Order components using SAP.
• Coordinate documentation: WIs, FPA, IPI, shop orders, DCDS sheets, training docs, labels.
• Update SAP, HAP, and Tig production systems.
• Monitor breaks and break relief; identify breakers.
• Enforce safety, quality, and behavior policies; address issues up to disciplinary actions.
• Communicate daily with support groups about critical issues affecting on-time deliveries.
• Contain suspect parts following DPR and blocking procedures.
• Disposition parts on hold with BU QE.
• Audit work areas or finished products as needed.
• Participate in daily scrap review and data gathering for studies.
• Assume other duties as determined by supervisor.
