Job summary

Röchling Automotive is seeking dependable Production Operators to join our Duncan, SC manufacturing team. The role involves assembling automotive components, loading and unloading machinery, conducting quality inspections, and packaging finished products.

You will maintain a safe, organized work area and support continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, with manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing/production experience preferred but not required.
• Able to follow work instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to work instructions and production standards.
• Load and unload equipment and production machinery.
• Perform quality checks and document inspection results.
• Package finished products and maintain 5S housekeeping.
• Communicate production concerns and shift updates to team members.
