Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help establish work priorities with supervisor and train team in safe procedures.
• Conduct team meetings for updates and continuous improvement.
• Plan work for the group and assist with production problems on the floor.
• Monitor Wash Aisle and Mat Department to maintain flow and quality.
• Ensure machines run efficiently and quality standards are met.
• Record work and escalate disciplinary issues to supervisor.
• Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and maintain logs.
