Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops and implements organization policies and goals.
• Coordinates quality, materials, manufacturing, engineering, maintenance for efficiency.
• Analyzes budget requests to identify reductions and allocates operating budget.
• Monitors manufacturing operations via reports, meetings and staff to ensure workflow and timeliness.
• Reviews operating and sales reports to determine changes in programs or operations.
• Directs training, safety, housekeeping, cost reduction, plant protection programs.
• Plans manpower and equipment requirements.
• Administers work rules and company policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
