Ferrero is seeking a Team Leader to drive operational excellence in a production area, leading daily activities, ensuring safety, quality and continuous improvement. You will act as a key link between operators and site leadership, coordinating across shifts and departments to meet performance targets.

You will manage a rotating Mornings/Afternoons shift, support development of your team, and help sustain Ferrero's commitment to safety, quality and efficiency while contributing to the FOX

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient and compliant operation of your designated production area.
• Lead and support operators throughout the shift to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor line performance and coordinate resources to meet delivery commitments on time and to specification.
• Identify issues, lead problem-solving activities and follow escalation processes as needed.
• Develop and coach team members, maintain capability matrices, and ensure training compliance.
