Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a field-illuminating role focused on ensuring production quality and supplier excellence. The candidate will actively lead problem solving, analyze data in Excel, and drive adherence to safety and quality policies across the plant.

The position requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to train staff and coordinate daily staffing to meet workload demands, while upholding corporate policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communications.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), with expertise in Excel preferred.
• Must have the ability to actively initiate, lead, and participate in problem solving activities as they pertain to supplier quality issues.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, delegation and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Must be adaptable to change and have the ability/desire to make a difference.
• Solid math skills and measurements are essential.
• Must be willing to hold self and others accountable to safety and quality policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote clean, safe work areas throughout the plant by continuously checking for hazardous conditions.
• Assists with consistently administering company policies and practices regarding attendance, performance, etc.
• Maintaining employee morale by portraying a positive image of the company.
• Communicate with employees on a regular basis.
• Assists with allocating daily staffing needs by reviewing workload requirements and initiating appropriate action.
• Assists in the training and coaching of both new and existing associates within their department to ensure that employees are performing job responsibilities effectively.
• Expected to participate in activities such as training and safety programs in order to enhance the overall effectiveness of the work area(s) involved.
