Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment and improve safety culture.
• Drive compliance to safety and quality programs.
• Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings.
• Ensure facility compliance with internal and external standards.
• Achieve department production goals, costs, and KPIs.
• Ensure products meet Jamco Quality standards.
• Identify nonconforming parts and improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and training.
