Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, plus 3 years in production/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Ability to obtain 608 refrigerant certification.
• Proficient in written/spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team, assign tasks, and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with management to meet production targets.
• Monitor quality control processes and enforce standards.
• Investigate and address production and quality issues.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulations are followed.
