Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department‑specific manufacturing functions across one or more shifts to ensure production requirements meet schedules.
• Resolve operational, process, and maintenance problems to minimize costs and downtime.
• Schedule personnel to meet production requirements efficiently and cost‑effectively.
• Ensure adherence to established priorities for production workflow.
• Develop measures to monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve performance.
