A Production Team Lead position on Night Shift in Flower Mound, Texas, is available at MI Windows and Doors. In this role, you'll leverage your manufacturing experience to oversee daily operations, ensure quality standards, and support your team. The hourly wage ranges from $25.50 to $29.50, plus a $2.00 shift differential. The shift begins at 7:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental activities according to standard operating procedures
• Coordinate with the Shift Supervisor in assigning and supervising personnel for efficient operations
• Assist in managing manufacturing orders, ensuring proper completion and documentation
• Help personnel analyze and resolve work-related problems
• Ensure smooth changeovers between shifts
• Demonstrate Milgard’s Core Values in all interactions
• Support team training and development
• Follow safety policies and wear required PPE

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience mentoring and motivating teams
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to perform basic math and read a tape measure accurately
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
