U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is seeking a Team Lead to guide an assigned production team reporting to the Production Supervisor. The role emphasizes effective communication, directing daily tasks, and coordinating with multiple departments to meet production goals.

The Team Lead will help troubleshoot machine issues, support quality investigations, and drive 5S practices, safety, and attendance discipline. This position requires at least 12 months of related experience and strong basic computer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum 12 months of related experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read written instructions.
• Knowledge of 5S, equipment, processes, and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned production team reporting to the Production Supervisor.
• Monitor machines, production and WIP; communicate issues to supervision.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repair of machine issues.
• Conduct audits and maintain 5S in the area.
• Train operators and evaluate performance; support quality investigations.
