Job summary

Twin City Fan Companies, Ltd seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a team of operators in Brookings, SD. You will drive continuous improvement, manage work directions, and uphold 5S and safety standards to ensure on-time production and accurate reporting.

You will train staff, coordinate with other departments, and ensure adherence to work instructions while maintaining a positive work environment and reliable performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 and 5S practices.
• Ability to read and interpret policies, procedures and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of operators to meet production department deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement in the value stream and daily metrics.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; conduct performance reviews.
• Train operators and ensure compliance with standard work.
• Coordinate with quality, engineering, and maintenance to resolve issues.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and 5S in the work area.
• Manage production scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
