Qualifications

• Hands-on production leadership with attention to safety and quality.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and drawings.
• Familiarity with EPICOR/ERP and Office tools for production tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work assignments and priorities with the Supervisor.
• Provide hands-on leadership, work alongside team members, and coach as needed.
• Support onboarding, training, and cross-training for staff.
• Communicate schedule priorities and equipment/material concerns for safe shift execution.
• Support production scheduling and identify risks to on-time delivery.
• Review work orders and documentation; perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate as needed.
• Enforce safety, PPE, housekeeping, and company policies; report unsafe conditions.
• Monitor WIP against drawings and specs; ensure inspections and quality checks are met.
• Record labor and production data using EPICOR or similar systems.
