Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Massillon, OH is seeking a production supervisor to plan, coordinate, and direct daily production activities and staff development to deliver high-quality products. You will lead safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives, manage staffing and costs, and ensure accurate records and compliance with company standards.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with flexible hours including nights and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct production activities and training.
• Support risk management by developing standards and driving corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement and implement better line methods.
• Coordinate daily line operations to meet safety, quality, sanitation, and productivity targets.
• Lead meetings, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a safe workplace.
• Manage staffing and labor costs; maintain time/pay records.
• Audit production docs for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor production; identify defects and initiate corrective actions.
• Respond to emergencies and changing conditions with timely decisions.
