Job summary

Local Bounti in Pasco, WA is seeking a Production Team Leader to supervise a production group and drive daily goals, lean improvements, and team development in a fast-paced facility.

You will empower and train staff, uphold GMP/GFSI standards, and collaborate across shifts to deliver fresh, high-quality product while meeting deadlines. Day One benefits and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years of food production experience preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment and food production processes preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingualism a plus.
• Knowledge of GMP, GFSI, SQF and food quality processes and procedures preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day activities of the production team.
• Develop and implement a timeline to achieve targets, by delegating tasks to teammembers.
• Empower and train team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
• Drive LEAN manufacturing and develop solutions to gaps.
• Develop and implement a timeline to achieve targets.
