Job summary

Local Bounti in Pasco, WA is seeking a Production Team Leader to supervise a production group and drive targets in a LEAN environment. This full-time role offers day shift hours and opportunities to empower teams through training and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Three years minimum of previous supervisory experience required.
• High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
• Previous 3 years experience or more in food production preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment and food production processes preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English. Bilingualism a plus.
• Knowledge of GMP, GFSI, SQF and food quality processes and procedures preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day activities of the production team.
• Develop and implement a timeline to achieve targets, by delegating tasks to teammembers.
• Empower and train team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
• Drive LEAN manufacturing and develop solutions to gaps.
• Develop and implement a timeline to achieve targets.
