Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Desirable a 2-year technical degree.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train and mentor production operators.
• Experience performing or training tasks in the value stream.

Responsibilities

• Perform key production functions in the value stream as necessary or directed.
• Perform tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
• Set an example by actively contributing to department and company goals.
• Clarify expectations and seek additional training as needed.
• Assist in training others.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• This position requires work in a clean room environment with gowning and PPE.
• Other duties as assigned by Production Manager, Supervisor or Lead.
