Job summary

Trelleborg Medical Solutions in Minnesota is seeking a Production Team Lead to support the Supervisor in ensuring an efficient value stream. You will help manage output, maintain quality and on-time delivery, and ensure operators have the information, training, and equipment needed to perform their work safely.

In this role you will lead production operators, participate in continuous improvement, and uphold a clean room environment with required PPE.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Desirable a 2-year technical degree.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading, training and mentoring production operators.
• Experience with value stream tasks or similar processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform key production function in the value stream as necessary or directed.
• Perform tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
• Set an example by actively contributing to department and company goals.
• Clarify expectations and seek additional training as needed.
• Assist in training others.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• This position requires that you work in a clean room environment, wearing a gown, gloves, hairnet, and other garments as required to ensure a clean, safe and sterile environment.
• Other duties as assigned by Production Manager, Supervisor or Lead

Trelleborg Medical Solutions is seeking a Production Team Lead to join their team. Support the Supervisor in an effective, efficient operation of the value stream to facilitate the flow of work. Coordinate and help manage value stream output and ensure volume, quality and delivery expectations are met or exceeded. Ensure all operators have the information, training, and equipment necessary to perform their work safely and efficiently throughout the day.
