Job summary

Trelleborg Medical Solutions is seeking a Production Team Lead to support the Supervisor in an efficient operation of the value stream. You will coordinate output to meet volume, quality, and delivery goals and ensure operators have training and equipment to work safely all day.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two-year technical degree preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading and mentoring production operators.
• Experience performing or training tasks in the value stream.

Responsibilities

• Perform key production function in the value stream as necessary or directed.
• Perform tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
• Set an example by actively contributing to department and company goals.
• Clarify expectations and seek additional training as needed.
• Assist in training others.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Work in a clean room environment with gown, gloves, etc., as required.
• Other duties as assigned by Production Manager, Supervisor or Lead.

• Experience successfully performing or training tasks similar to those performed in the value stream
