Job summary

Röchling Automotive in Akron, OH is seeking a Production Team Lead for 3rd shift to oversee daily manufacturing activities and drive continuous improvement. You will lead production operators, ensure compliance with work instructions, quality standards, and productivity targets, and collaborate with maintenance and engineering to resolve issues.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of the SCR Tank Cell.
Previous manufacturing experience with strong leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead and support production operators in daily manufacturing activities.
Ensure work instructions, quality standards, and production requirements are followed.
Operate assembly equipment and molding machines as needed.
Monitor production processes and address quality or efficiency concerns.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Train and mentor new production operators.
Promote and maintain 5S workplace organization standards.
Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Assist with continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity, safety, and quality.
