Job summary

The role requires leadership experience in automotive or equivalent production environments, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of lean methods and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing, production, or operations.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years of automotive manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading hourly employees in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and productivity KPIs.
• Lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision to production employees.
• Execute daily production schedule while meeting safety and quality targets.
• Assign employees to work areas based on requirements.
• Coordinate break coverage, overtime, and staffing.
• Escalate employee, production, and operational issues.
• Monitor KPIs like OEE, scrap, and productivity and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality standards, and procedures.
