Job summary

Trelleborg Medical Solutions seeks a Production Team Lead to support the Supervisor in an efficient operation of the value stream. You will ensure flow, quality and delivery, and provide operators with training and equipment to perform their work safely all day.

As part of a global company, you will lead a production team, contribute to meeting daily goals, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives within a climate-controlled clean room environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2-year technical degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environment; ability to lead production operators.
• Experience training and mentoring staff; familiar with value stream tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform key production function in the value stream as directed.
• Perform tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
• Set an example by actively contributing to department and company goals.
• Clarify expectations and seek additional training as needed.
• Assist in training others.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• This position requires working in a clean room environment with gown, gloves, hairnet, and other garments.

Trelleborg Medical Solutions is seeking a Production Team Lead to join their team. Support the Supervisor in an effective, efficient operation of the value stream to facilitate the flow of work. Coordinate and help manage value stream output and ensure volume, quality and delivery expectations are met or exceeded. Ensure all operators have the information, training, and equipment necessary to perform their work safely and efficiently throughout the day.

Pay:

• $22.00 - $24.00 plus $2.00 Lead differential and $4.00 Shift differential

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Desired a 2-year technical degree
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience which demonstrates the ability to effectively lead, train and mentor production operators
• Experience successfully performing or training tasks similar to those performed in the value stream
