Job summary

Wolf Home Products is seeking a Production Line Lead to manage full production operations and maintain top-tier product quality. You will supervise staff, participate in line setup, and ensure safety and efficiency on the factory floor.

The role requires hands-on leadership, training of new hires, and close collaboration with management to meet production goals and quality standards.

• Oversee line operations and ensure smooth production flow.
• Train all new production employees on each job responsibility.
• Check in and check out all products for quality tracking.
• Maintain Wolf Product quality standards and outgoing product quality.
• Process production work tickets and develop more efficient procedures.
• Maintain forklift operation training.
• Assign daily tasks to maximize staff skills.
• Communicate with management about employee needs.
• Report damaged or defective cabinets to management.

The role of the Production Line Lead is to run, manage, and maintain production in all of its entirety; to manage and maintain the production product and staff. Be the final set of eyes on the product before its released as a Wolf Product. To continue to demand and uphold the quality of product that Wolf Home Products is known for.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities included, but are not limited to:

• To work and help on the line where needed
• Train all new Production Employees on each job responsibility
• Check in all products
• Check out all products
• Maintain the Wolf Product quality control and continue with strict standards on out-going products
• Process all Production work tickets
• Develop new procedures for more efficient and faster production
• Maintain Fork Lift operation training
• Assign daily tasks to all employees in order to maximize each employee’s skill
• Communicate effectively with Management about any specific needs of the Employee
• Report any damaged or defective cabinets to management
