Supervise and lead a team of production workers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Ensure daily production targets are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Monitor workflow, troubleshoot production issues, and make adjustments as needed.
Train and mentor new and existing team members.
Maintain accurate records of production output, attendance, and incidents.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams.
Support and enforce company policies, health & safety procedures, and compliance regulations.
Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement projects (5S, Lean, Kaizen).
Ensure equipment is operated safely and report any malfunctions or required maintenance.
High school diploma or GED (technical degree or certification preferred).
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong understanding of production processes, safety standards, and quality control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, production tracking software).
