Job summary

System One is seeking a Production Team Lead for our Turtle Creek, PA facility. This onsite role directs daily manufacturing operations on the 3rd shift, combining hands-on equipment use with staff supervision to meet output and quality goals.

Responsibilities include supervising floor staff, operating equipment as needed, maintaining quality, and ensuring safety standards across the production area. Direct hire, onsite position with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven capability in operating industrial production machinery.
• Understanding of quality control methods in manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with hand tools for mechanical adjustments and repairs.
• Prior supervisory or lead role experience in production environments.
• Commitment to safety compliance and attention to operational details.
