Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Team Lead to oversee daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will provide frontline leadership, coordinate workflow, and coach team members for strong performance.

You will support onboarding and training, promote a culture of teamwork, and drive continuous improvement across shifts with data-driven decision-making.

Position Overview:

The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and delivery objectives. This role provides frontline leadership, coordinates workflow execution, supports employee development, and drives a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise production team members, ensuring clear communication of goals, expectations, and priorities.
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet operational targets related to safety, quality, and delivery.
• Assist with employee onboarding, training, and skill development initiatives.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and accountability to support team success.
• Foster employee engagement and encourage participation in continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and workplace safety standards.
• Support production requirements, including weekday and weekend overtime as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Ability to make sound decisions using available data and operational information.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of equipment programming, troubleshooting, and automation systems.
