Job Description

• Manage the assigned area ensuring that safety, quality, production, cost control & continuous improvement objectives are met while providing technical support and training to employees working in the assigned production areas.
• Oversee and implement Lean initiatives in the responsible areas.
• Conduct Flash 5 meetings and one‑on‑one conversations to effectively communicate company policies, objectives, and performance feedback to the workforce in assigned areas.
• Deliver on‑time completion of product produced in the assigned assembly areas.
• Ensure all material used in the assembly of a job is appropriately charged to the correct job.
• Maintain a clean and well‑organized work area at all times.
• Coordinate the final quality of the breaker, releasing breaker to and interfacing with quality inspection personnel, providing feedback on quality to concerned employees.
• Review daily shortage reports and provide feedback to the supervisor on potential upcoming parts shortages.
• Fill in for production as needed in assembly process.
• Provide cross functionality & help handling other product coordinator tasks as needed.
• Communicate weekly reviews with the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
