ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Team Lead for a Food Production client in Le Center, MN. You will oversee a production area of 8-16 team members to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and a proactive attitude, with a focus on continuous improvement and adherence to GMP/HACCP/FSSC 22000. Shift is 3:30pm-2am, with $25/hour base plus $3/hour differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing or food production experience.
• Basic computer skills including data entry, Microsoft Office, and email.
• Ability to operate and assemble production equipment when necessary.
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Somali is helpful.

Responsibilities

Our client, Food Production Industry, is seeking a Production Team Lead - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Production Team Lead you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting Food Production Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Team Lead - 2nd Shift

Location: LeCenter, MN

Pay Range: $25/hour + $3/hour shift differential

Shift: 3:30pm-2am
