Job summary

Boviet Solar USA is seeking a Production Team Lead to oversee daily production activities in a controlled clean room environment, ensuring targets, quality, and safety are achieved.

You will organize work, monitor SOPs, lead startup meetings, train staff, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining traceability and compliance with 6S standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a clean room manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of SOPs, clean room practices, and 6S principles preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to monitor production activities, maintain quality standards, and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Assign work according to the production plan and maintain balanced workflow.
• Monitor production quality and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and production activities to support daily operations.
• Monitor production line operations and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure production activities are performed in accordance with SOPs.
• Promote production safety, clean room compliance, and 6S workplace standards.
• Lead daily startup meetings and communicate production goals and company updates.
• Train, guide, and support production employees while monitoring attendance and performance.
• Maintain production records to ensure product traceability.
• Perform production operations as needed.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and production activities to support daily operations.
• Monitor production line operations and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure production activities are performed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
