Job summary

CA Lawton in Minster, Ohio is hiring Production Team Associates for multiple shift opportunities. No foundry experience is required, and you’ll produce quality parts used in mining, marine, HVAC, and oil & gas sectors.

You’ll enjoy steady work, on-the-job training, day-one holiday pay, PTO after 30 days, and a fixed weekly schedule with uniforms and boot reimbursement. First shift runs 5:30 AM–2:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed and pay from $22.52/hour and higher.
