Rubber Extrusion Operator – Production

Location: Elkhart, IN

Pay: $18.00/hour

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 1:30 AM)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Rubber Extrusion Operator to join our production team on 2nd shift. This role supports daily manufacturing operations by operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient production in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor rubber extrusion equipment
• Adjust materials and settings to ensure quality output
• Read and follow production travelers and work instructions
• Maintain accurate records of production, scrap, and materials
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues
• Support inventory processes, including FIFO and cycle counts

Requirements

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
