You will work with production, quality, and shipping teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency, following safety procedures and using tally sheets or electronic systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or quality inspection is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to read job tickets, work orders, and production paperwork.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to stand and work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Accurately count and verify finished products during production and shipping.
• Record counts, lot numbers, and job information on tally sheets or electronic systems.
• Verify product specifications such as size, style, and customer requirements.
• Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials.
• Communicate with machine operators and shipping personnel about count or quality issues.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Assist with other production or warehouse duties as needed.
