Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or quality inspection is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to read job tickets, work orders, and production paperwork.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to stand and work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods.

• Record counts, lot numbers, and job information on tally sheets or electronic systems
• Verify product specifications, including size, style, and customer requirements
• Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials
• Communicate with machine operators, supervisors, and shipping personnel regarding count or quality issues
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and on time
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
• Assist with other production or warehouse duties as needed
