Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Production Systems Professional to service production print products and travel to customer sites within the Bay Area.

The role emphasizes diagnostics, repairs, and customer satisfaction while growing technical expertise. The position requires hands-on mechanical skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to coordinate with Account Management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years servicing office equipment, preferably production printers.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation to drive to customer sites daily.
• Exposure to IT networks or A+/N+ Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Konica Minolta production print products, including diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Use and maintain tools and gauges to diagnose and repair production machinery.
• Drive to customer sites within the assigned territory and keep customers informed on scheduling.
• Represent Konica Minolta professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Log service visits and document updates for each client account.
• Collaborate with Account Management and other technicians to resolve issues and expand product reach.
• Be available after hours on an on-call basis if required.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Konica Minolta production print products to include technical diagnostics, break/fix, installation, hardware removal and troubleshoot connectivity


• Responsible to use and maintain a variety of tools and gauges to repair and diagnose production machinery


• Ability to drive to customer sites within assigned territory, track inventory supply and keep customers informed on scheduling


• Represent Konica Minolta in a professional manner and develop trusted customer relationships while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction


• Demonstrate progress in technical abilities, troubleshooting techniques and productivity


• Log service visits and document updates for each client account


• Collaborate with the Account Management team and other technicians as needed to help resolve customer issues and expand market share of products


• May be required to be available after hours on an on-call basis

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience servicing/repairing office equipment, production printers preferred


• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience


• Reliable transportation to drive to customer sites daily
